Exchange Policy (No Returns/Refunds)
We do not offer returns or refunds.
We only provide exchanges for:
Size issues
Damaged/defective items
Wrong item delivered
Exchange Window
You must request an exchange within 3 days of delivery using the Exchange option available directly on our website checkout/account page.
Eligibility
Item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags and original packaging intact.
Only one exchange per order.
Items sent without approval or after the 3-day window will not be accepted.
Shipping
Size exchanges: Customer pays shipping both ways.
Damaged/defective/wrong items: Shipping covered by us after verification.
